Travel Terms & Conditions

These Travel Terms & Conditions apply to travel-planning and booking services provided by Travel By Chris Ann.

By requesting that Travel By Chris Ann arrange, reserve, or book travel on your behalf, you acknowledge and agree to these terms together with the applicable terms and conditions imposed by the travel suppliers involved in your trip.

Travel By Chris Ann assists travelers with researching, planning, coordinating, and booking travel products and services offered by independent third-party suppliers.

Travel By Chris Ann does not itself operate cruise ships, airlines, hotels, resorts, tour companies, transportation services, excursions, attractions, or other travel services.

Travel Suppliers

Travel services are provided by independent suppliers, which may include cruise lines, airlines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation companies, excursion operators, insurance providers, and other travel businesses.

Each supplier maintains its own terms, conditions, cancellation rules, refund policies, deadlines, restrictions, and liability provisions.

Your reservation is subject to those supplier terms in addition to these Travel Terms & Conditions.

Pricing and Availability

Travel pricing and availability can change without notice until a reservation is confirmed and any required deposit or payment has been received and accepted.

Quotes may include taxes, fees, promotions, amenities, or other components based upon information available when the quote is prepared.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a quote is not a guarantee that the quoted inventory, fare, promotion, room category, itinerary, or other travel component will remain available.

Deposits, Payments, and Final Payment

Deposits and final-payment requirements are established primarily by the applicable travel supplier.

It is the traveler's responsibility to make required payments by the stated deadlines.

Failure to make a required payment may result in cancellation of a reservation, loss of deposited funds, or application of supplier penalties.

Payment terms provided with a quote, invoice, booking confirmation, or supplier documentation form part of the terms applicable to your reservation.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Travel reservations may be subject to cancellation or change penalties.

The amount of any penalty and eligibility for a refund or future travel credit are determined by the applicable supplier's rules and the timing of the request.

Travel By Chris Ann cannot guarantee that a supplier will approve a refund, credit, waiver, exception, name change, date change, or other modification.

Travelers should review cancellation terms before authorizing a reservation.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly encouraged because unexpected circumstances may affect travel before or during a trip.

Travel insurance may provide coverage for certain events such as trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, travel delays, lost baggage, or other covered circumstances, subject to the specific policy purchased.

Insurance products contain exclusions, conditions, limitations, and time-sensitive provisions.

If you decline available travel insurance, you accept responsibility for financial losses that would otherwise potentially have been covered by an applicable policy.

Travel By Chris Ann does not make coverage determinations and cannot guarantee that an insurer will approve a claim.

Traveler Names and Reservation Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all traveler information provided to Travel By Chris Ann is complete and accurate.

Traveler names should match the government-issued identification or travel documents that will be used for the trip.

Corrections after booking may result in fees, rebooking requirements, fare changes, or inability to travel, depending upon supplier rules.

Passports, Visas, Entry Requirements, and Documentation

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and carrying all documentation required for their trip.

Depending upon the destination and itinerary, this may include passports, visas, government identification, parental or minor-travel authorization, vaccination documentation, entry or exit forms, or other documents.

Entry requirements can change.

Travelers should verify current requirements with the appropriate government authorities before travel.

Travel By Chris Ann may provide general guidance or resources as a convenience, but travelers remain responsible for determining and satisfying the requirements applicable to their citizenship, residency, destination, itinerary, and individual circumstances.

Health, Medical, and Accessibility Requirements

Travelers are responsible for determining whether they are medically and physically able to participate in their chosen travel arrangements.

Travelers should notify Travel By Chris Ann of accessibility needs or other relevant requirements early enough to permit appropriate requests to be made to suppliers.

Neither Travel By Chris Ann nor a supplier can guarantee that every requested accommodation will be available.

Health, vaccination, medication, or medical-entry requirements should be verified with qualified medical professionals and appropriate government authorities.

Supplier Changes and Travel Disruptions

Travel schedules, itineraries, ports, flight times, accommodations, excursions, transportation arrangements, and other travel components may be changed, delayed, substituted, or canceled by suppliers or due to circumstances outside the control of Travel By Chris Ann.

Travel By Chris Ann will make reasonable efforts to assist affected clients when possible but does not control supplier operations.

Events Beyond Our Control

Travel By Chris Ann is not responsible for losses, delays, changes, cancellations, or other consequences resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, governmental actions, border restrictions, epidemics or public-health emergencies, war, terrorism, civil unrest, mechanical failures, transportation interruptions, supplier insolvency, or other force-majeure events.

Any refund, credit, rebooking, or other remedy available in such circumstances is generally governed by the applicable supplier or insurance policy.

Third-Party Information

Information supplied by cruise lines, resorts, tour operators, tourism authorities, government agencies, and other third parties is provided for convenience.

Travel By Chris Ann makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee that third-party information will always remain current or error-free.

Traveler Conduct

Travelers must comply with applicable laws, supplier rules, codes of conduct, safety requirements, and instructions while traveling.

A supplier may refuse service, deny boarding, remove a traveler, or impose other consequences for conduct that violates its policies.

Limitation of Responsibility for Supplier Services

Travel By Chris Ann acts as an intermediary in arranging services provided by independent travel suppliers.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Travel By Chris Ann is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, failures, insolvency, negligence, delays, cancellations, or service quality of independent suppliers.

Nothing in these terms is intended to waive any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

Questions and Acceptance

Please ask questions about any booking condition you do not understand before authorizing travel arrangements.

By authorizing Travel By Chris Ann to make a reservation or payment on your behalf, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review these terms and applicable supplier terms.
